You work for P&C Media Ltd, a multimedia business which deploys a business model of using the creation of social media tools to make money out of targeted advertising. To do this in needs to generate web traffic from which they can gather data to sell to advertisers and a targeted audience for advertising.
As such they have a team developing a website which does the following:
In their last planning meeting the development team decided that they needed to provide a prototype of the website for demonstration to the client on Friday afternoon at 3:00. The website should consist of the home page and links to 3 separate pages with 3 of the following games as web-apps:
Who is in your team?
You will need to set up a team to manage your project. Use an online tool such as Freedcamp or Trello to manage your team in terms of allocating tasks and showing how far you are completed. Tip it you can make best use of the project management tools if you break down tasks into smaller chunks, you can then see better what progress you are making. Make sure you add me into your projects (needs only have view access): email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to share any google docs with me.

What can you do. It is probably that you will have to allocated some time for research and practice, as this technology (web) is new to you). List what you know and what you need to research here.
W3Schools is the go to reference site, the other sites are proper tutorials which take you step by step
You want to produces a list of requirements (R1, R2 etc.) what is the client asking you to produce. At the testing and review stages you will be checking against this list (The ‘verification’ process)
You will also need to produce a testing grid (the ‘validation’ process)
Post your requirements list and testing grid here (or a link to them)
You need to have a wireframe design of what you think the app should look like and an idea of the algorithms (processes) which you need to code at the back end to make it work:
Post your designs (or links to them here)
Complete a review against the requirements you set out at the analysis stage - have you done everything you said you would? (verification)
Complete the test grid you created at the analysis stage (validation) - does it work as it should?
What has worked, what has not worked, what do you need to prioritise in the next iteration of the the project lifecycle?
Remember you need to demo/update on progress on Friday at 4:30
